Preston The Hunter!!

 Preston is quite the hunter! We have plenty of "trophies" at  home thanks to him! He makes us proud! On Tuesday night, (May 15th) Preston and his uncle Kim went turkey hunting.  They had been out once before and then scouting for a few hours and hadn't seen much at all.  Tuesday however was quite the opposite.  They were gone hardly an hour before I received a picture of two birds in the back of the truck!! We had my dad smoke the meat and had a nice Sunday dinner! Then at work he spotted a snake laying across the road so naturally he had to get out and find it and kill it.  It was a pretty big snake! I guess boys never really grow up right?? That's ok! Sure love him and all he does!!

Party Girl

We were playing with some balloons this weekend and I made the mistake of showing Kaydee the streamers in the same drawer.  I saw her grabbing the tape and asked what she was up to.  "I have to hang the stringers for our party"  So the kitchen got decorated with "stringers" and balloons! And of course what is a party with out the perfect hat, dress, wings, and most importantly SHOES!! The party changed themes about every hour, and then it was decided that the "stringer" be used for a race so we could run through it and break it.  I love her imagination!! She is the very brightest girl I know!!
